Dietmar Hopp, co-founder of SAP, is ICW's principal shareholder. Twenty-five percent of the shares are held by Santo Holding (Germany) GmbH founded by Dr. Andreas and Dr. Thomas Strüngmann. Energie Baden-Württemberg AG (EnBW) is also financially involved in the company. Other ICW investors include the founders, the supervisory board of directors, the management board, ICW staff, and other private investors.

The company’s shareholder structure ensures our entrepreneurial independence, enabling effective growth and providing the basis for successful international development.
