Project

Planning and implementation of a pilot system for the electronic health card in Bulgaria. Networking of 1,000 patients, seven GPs and four pharmacies in the test region Slivnitza. Selection of the project partners in January 2007, start of the pilot system already nine months later.

Goal

Establishment of a trend-setting eHealth infrastructure and preparations for the nationwide introduction of the health card.

Solutions

A health card system jointly developed by ICW, Cisco and Kontrax.
