Implementation of a telemonitoring system of 100 hypertension patients in cooperation with ICW and Aipermon GmbH & Co KG.

Goal

Expansion to 500 hypertension patients, persons insured with UNIQA.

Solutions

Telemonitoring system based on the ICW Care and Disease Manager technology and the LifeSensor personal health record.
