Peter Reuschel
Peter Reuschel is company CEO. He cofounded InterComponentWare AG in 1998. After completing a degree in Computer Science at Dresden Technical University, he started working at IBM Deutschland GmbH in 1992, where he was the Product Manager responsible for developing a service concept for SAP Software. In 1994, he joined SAP AG as Relationship Manager with IBM. As Product Manager IBM Platforms, he was responsible for product management of SAP R/3 on all IBM platforms until 1997. After obtaining his MBA from the Warwick Business School, he was Manager SAP Ventures Europe from 1999 thorough summer 2000, and was responsible for the development of SAP's venture capital business in Europe.
Norbert Olsacher
Norbert Olsacher became director of the new ICW subsidiary in Vienna, Austria, on June 1, 2005, and was simultaneously appointed to ICW's Management Board. Previously, he was director of MSG Austria, where he was head of Sales and Service. Prior to moving to MSG, Norbert Olsacher held various key positions at SAP. He was on the management team of SAP Austria, built up the SAP Business School Vienna, and was coach to the international operating company SAP Japan. In 1996, he was appointed to Regional Management Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), where he shared substantial responsibility for the regional build-up of CEE. In 2001, he took over the Financial Services sector. Norbert Olsacher studied computer science at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria. After getting his degree as a graduate engineer, he went through an international trainee program at SAP Germany. In 1996, he also obtained an MBA (Central & Eastern Europe).
