Creation of a  telemedical monitoring system for the remote care of patients suffering from chronic heart failure.

Objective

Early recognition of symptomatic signs of deterioration in order to increase quality of life while reducing the rate of hospitalization and increasing the cost-effectiveness of treatment.

Solutions

ICW provides the telemedical monitoring system including equipment. Saxonia Systems delivers the devices and Sanvartis handles telephone customer support.
